The club arranged 29 matches for 2000 a lot less than a few years ago, with the Virgin XI games this came to 38 in total.
The weather was as bad as any season in the club's history especially at the start yet most matches were played. Four games were cancelled because of weather and one called off.
Nomads failed to make themselves available for four matches which was a gross discourtesy to our opponents, in the case of Checkendon a fixture of long standing.
There were two centuries scored, Unmish Parthasarathi 111 v Blackheath(Surrey) and Steve Tolput* 116 against Abinger.
Mark Surridge took 6-36 at Follies Farm.
