Season 1923

We have almost no record of Nomads activity this season. Nomads did play Merchant Taylors School on May 19th and suffered a catastrophic defeat. The school rattled up 252-4 declared with a teenager called Ostler hitting a ton and then Nomads were all out for 31 with 5 ducks. Legend has it that Nomads played both 1st and 2nd XIs at that time so presumably this was the 2nd XI but even so a 221 run defeat in an afternoon game is pretty miserable.
