Nomads plan a two location tour to Portugal playing two matches at the Cricket & Lawn Tennis Club in Oporto on Friday against OCLTC and Saturday Firther Friars CC and two matches at Woodlands Cricket Ground Campo das Pinheiras Mansas Pousaflores near Ansãio on Sunday and Monday against Amigos CC.

We stay Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights in Oporto at a hotel near the club with full access to the club. We attend a dinner on Saturday night including both visiting teams and our hosts. On Sunday morning we travel to Ansãio and stay at Hotel-Ansiturismo – Alojamento & SPAR, Sunday and Monday nights. Depart Tuesday.

Tourists should fly to Oporto on Thursday and return Tuesday either from Oporto or Lisbon. At present the best price would seem to be to fly to Oporto but back from Lisbon. Ansãio is equidistant from either city. In 2019 Nomads found train travel to and from Ansãio(Pombal) very cheap and efficient. However we may travel by minibus on Sunday morning-tba.
