Nomads   annually visited Brussels from 1973 to 1978 playing the Royal Brussels Cricket Club. Indeed Nomads gained some fame when the club was mentioned in a TV soap opera of the time when a character explains   " I am going to Brussels next weekend with the Nomads Cricket Club".

Many moons later Nomads visited Mechelen playing Mechelen Eagles CC in 1991. Previously Cricket World XI with many Nomads made several visits to Mechelen.
