There was good attendance at winter nets as was the AGM. Rain followed us around our spring tours with a game lost at each location-Albir, Rome and Menorca. The new availability function via Whatsap together with brilliant fine Spring weather in UK has resulted in ample availability.
Despite a few underwhelming performances this proved to be a fine season with 36 victories, finishing with three wins in Ibiza.
Tom Brockton scored most runs 1224 with Vic on 831 and James on 810 . Ben Butcher took most wickets 62,followed by two veterans Arvind Joshi 33 and Rob Bonneywell 29. James took 24 catches,4 stumpings and a run out as well as 17 wickets, a remarkable all round performance.
Paid membership has increased and if a few late payers contribute soon we will be closing in on a hundred and there was a good number of new young members.
