Curiously the Weather Forecast was dire and it was raining already in parts of London yet the day progressed gloomily with occasional sprinkles of very light drizzle,never serious rain! The game was called off at 11.30am as there seemed to be zero chance of completing a game. Had we played we would have become very damp and for much of the afternoon let alone the last hour the light would have been very poor.

The team had changed several times in the days before Thursday and indeed on Thursday morning itself. The final ten were-Michael Blumberg, Chris Page, Paul Fielding, Keith Alexander, Charlie Moore, Pratyush Ramesh, Naman Paropkari, Sulaiman Khokhar, Arvind Joshi, Danny Dawson.

Earlier the team had included-Shirsh Bedi, Chris Coley,Narzm Mohammed,Yasin Mohammed and Shaam Chakravarty.

Provided a ground can be secured we intend to play the match on Thursday September 21st.
