Tour to Paris 1981

So as to make sure no one missed the ferry we arranged a match at Sandwich on the Thursday. However a combination of excess drinking on Thursday night followed by an enormous English breakfast Friday morning had the younger element puking most of the Cross Channel crossing. As Mike Willis had organized a veritable feast at an excellent restaurant this lot were in no mood to consume the fine food presented which resulted in a lot of bloated mature members. Nevertheless we arrive safely in Paris.

Sadly the Scoresheets/Scorebooks covering the tour are missing. Did the Hon Sec really hit 80 plus not out on Sunday over five hours less lunch? If anyone remembers some details or even has a photo do let us know!
