August 23rd -27th Tour to Nantes
The tour party which was more than sufficient back in May slowly reduced to a mere 8 by the time of the tour and that included an umpire changing roles to be a player and two late recruits. Nevertheless a great tour was enjoyed in the City of Nantes and at the attractive cricket ground of Nantes CC. Andy German supplied us with local recruits and played a star role for us on Sunday. He last played for Nomads at Merrow in 2001.
