One Colin Stansfield Smith not enough
An extraordinary tour de force by Colin Stansfield Smith which with a little more support may have won the day for Nomads will long be remembered. However the frailty of the rest of the Nomads was alarming and so Nomads lost by 23 runs.

Nomads crushed by Wadham
A miserable batting display by Nomads meant the students have but 67 runs to make and win. This they did for the loss of just one wicket.

Nomads fail the chase but still draw
New College batted first and posted a decent total before declaring at 187-7. In reply Nomads were up with the required rate and at one time look likely to win but with the dismissal of Smith Nomads fell short despite worthy contributions from Dring and Cudworth.
