JM Moss century and AW Pegrum fifty take nomads to five wicket win

The students batted first and a solid 83 from RC Wright set the innings onwards to a declaration at 199. Wickets were shared between Dalziel, Moss, Welch and Beeley.

Nomads lost opener Holt early but then JM Moss and LJ Crook combined to add a substantial stand before Crook fell to Marx. Lal then took three quick wickets to put Nomads innings in some jeopardy but AW Pegrum then joined Moss and these two were unbeaten at the close having passed target with overs and time to spar.
