Holt and Crook give Nomads overwhelming win

Merchant Taylors batted first and their top order crumbled. Number six Gibbons top scored with 26 and with modest contributions from Quayle and Huskinson the school reached a modest total of 119.

In reply Nomads made a solid start with Moss and Holt. Holt went on to make 53. LJ Crook 63 not out and Hartley 16 not out took Nomads passed Taylors total and on to 164 by the close.
